- Spiritual fireplace with a Halloween theme, over an open fire, at 18.30.
- Moon meditation from about 8 p.m.
Feel free to bring drums or other instruments if you wish!
- Morning yoga & meditation at 07.30-08.30.
- Healthy breakfast at 09.00.
