Healthy two-day retreat full of natural life energy!
YinTorp is a quiet retreat embedded in forest bathing and nature showering life energy, a recreation place for recovery and natural life energy. Here there are several peaceful places both inside and outside, and in the ancient forests it is easy to forget both time and space...
When you've checked in at YinTorp, you choose your sleeping loft or the sleeping loft for two. We start the day with a tea time and welcome information about what the retreat will offer, taking into account the participants' needs, wishes and the weather conditions on those days. Bring clothes for both indoor and outdoor stays and good walking shoes.
During these two days, lovely forest-bathing walks, natural showering experiences, mindful meditations and nature-based yoga are included. All meals and drinks included as well as overnight accommodation in unique sleeping alcoves/lofts.
Bring your own bed linen and towel or book at extra cost.
The food is healthy vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free. Notify if food allergies in good time, thank you.
For those who wish, it is also possible to book a spa bath and/or massage at an additional cost.
