​Healthy Yoga & Meditation

Individually adapted yoga and meditation in harmony with the healing and revitalizing forces of nature, individually or in a group. Different techniques are combined and varied based on the specific needs of the participant.

Pranayama - Breathing techniques used in yoga to achieve everything from relaxation to improved energy flow, cleansing and enhanced directed focus.

Meditation - Quiet focus, presence exploration, dissolution of limitations, values and judgments, acceptance and tolerance - the essence of yoga.

YINYOGA -stress reducing & balancing.
Relaxing, stretching and dissolving stiffness and blockages, both physically and mentally and emotionally. Deactivating muscles to access the connective tissue.

RESTORATIVE YOGA - Restorative, relaxing and healing for body and soul, deep rest.

Tuesdays at 18.00-19.30

REHAB YOGA -   can be adapted based on your needs/restrictions/possibilities.

Yoga includes everything and excludes no one. Individual training in a group where everyone's needs are taken care of to strengthen, build up and stabilize physically and mentally. Everyone can do yoga when the right conditions are offered!

Thursdays at 14.00-15.30

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING / YOGA / MEDITATION

Individually adapted training based on your wishes and needs is tailored and booked by agreement.

COACHING

CBT-based calls.

Worry and anxiety, relaxation, sleep problems, stress management, mindfulness and life puzzles.

60 - 90 minutes training / talk time.

YOGA FOR MEN - this yoga session is aimed at men and is adapted based on the needs and wishes of the participants. Focus on functionality, stability and energy flow. Muscular activity versus passivity to enter into the stillness of the spiritual presence, total rest....

Wednesdays at 18.30-20.00

​

DANCE YOGA - to the rhythms of yoga music, kirtan and mantra chants, we let the body move freely and express energy, flow and desire to move. No prior knowledge is needed, nor a dance partner, as the focus is on freeing the flow of energy in body and mind!

Full moon nights at 19.00-21.00
