A warm welcome to a full-day retreat with a focus on our energy system, frequencies and life energy!
Susanne Lovensjö, yoga teacher and YinTorp's creator together with fasting therapist Louise Bergenrup, LevnadsBalans collaborates and synchronizes today's experiences through chakra balancing, crystal bowl healing and the introduction of frequency analysis.
A healthy vegetarian, gluten- and dairy-free lunch and coffee are included during the stay.
All materials that may be needed are on site, so come exactly as you are!
