Health trip to Kerala in southern India
At Ayuryogashram you can expect peace and quiet, 2 genuine Ayurvedic treatments/day, Ayurvedic vegan food, good accommodation and the opportunity to practice yoga for those who wish. Everything is included in the price + ayurvedic doctor on site every day of the week, examination and follow-up by senior ayurvedic doctor 1-2 times a year, pick-up & drop-off at the nearest airport.

The price is still far below other comparable Ayurvedic places. I also want to point out that this place is a genuine Ayurvedic smaller ashram that is not spa-influenced or tourist-oriented, it is still very genuine and I want to help keep it that way. The price is based on the dollar exchange rate and the length of stay, 21 days is recommended but 14 days of treatment is a good start and works great.

The cost is approx. SEK 6,000 - 6,500/year depending on the length of stay and whether you choose a single/double room. You decide how long and when you want to go.

My fee is SEK 100/day and is paid to me as soon as the trip is booked.
